This is a watercolor painting of a favorite scene of mine when we go for drives in Door County. It is is a town called Ephriam (SP?) . Love the way the trees contrast in the background.

It has taken me a while, but I finally got-up the nerve to post my art that I have produced over the past 10 years. Am a culinarian by trade, but have found a passion for paint mediums and ink.
I am a fan of many artists and many styles. To name a few, I would say that the Wyeth family has touched my radar the most. Edward Hopper, Charles Sheeler, the Ashcan School, Charles Demuth, Caspar Friedrich, Gustav Klimt, Howard Pyle, and Lautrec....
If you are interested in any of the art from any posting, be free to ask me about prints or anything if there is a piece that strikes your fancy! Am really pleased to see any-and-all feedback.
